RunNear processes the minimum personal data required to provide route recommendations near your stay/current location.
1) Information We Collect
- Optional user-provided data: email/login identifier, nickname/profile name, route feedback
- Automatically collected data: OS/app version/language/logs/errors, Device ID, location coordinates when provided/allowed
- Not collected (MVP): health data, actual running activity records, payment information
2) Purpose of Use
- Provide location-based route recommendations and saved routes
- Improve route quality based on feedback
- Service stability, security, abuse prevention, and support response
3) Data Retention
We delete personal data without delay once the purpose is achieved.
Account-related data is deleted upon account deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
4) Third Parties and External Services
We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed only where required by law or lawful authority requests.
- Maps/Tiles: OpenStreetMap and tile providers
- Street View / Kakao Roadview (if enabled): Google Maps Platform / Kakao Maps
- 3D Preview (if enabled): Cesium ion
- Hosting/Infrastructure: cloud providers such as AWS/GCP (international processing may apply)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
